Shipping Policy

Production Time:
All custom photo magnets are made to order. Once we receive your photo(s) and order details, please allow up to 48 hours (2 business days) for production and packaging before your order is shipped. Orders placed without an uploaded photo may be delayed until we receive the correct files.

Shipping Method:
We currently ship all orders via USPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination within the United States.

Shipping Time:
Shipping time is in addition to our production time. USPS typically delivers within:

• 3–5 business days for First-Class Mail (small orders)

• 2–3 business days for Priority Mail (larger orders)

These timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by USPS, weather, or other external factors are outside of our control.

Order Confirmation & Communication:

• You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed.

• A final email will be sent with tracking information once your order has shipped.

No Returns or Refunds:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on custom photo magnets. Please double-check your photo(s) and order details before submitting. If there is an error on our part, we will make it right.

International Shipping:
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
