1. Overview
All of our products are custom-made photo magnets, designed and produced to your exact specifications. Because each item is personalized, we generally do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, except under the circumstances described below.

2. Our Quality Guarantee
We maintain a strict Quality Control process. If your custom magnets arrive with a manufacturing defect (e.g., poor print quality, incorrect size, or damage incurred during production), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will, at your choice:

  • Replace the defective item(s) at no additional cost (including shipping), or

  • Refund the purchase price of the defective item(s).

3. How to Submit a Defect Claim
To start a replacement or refund for a defective item:

  1. Email us at [your email address] with your order number, a brief description of the defect, and clear photos showing the issue.

  2. We’ll review your evidence and respond within 2 business days with a resolution.

  3. Once approved, we’ll ship your replacement magnets via USPS at no additional shipping charge, or issue a refund to your original payment method.

4. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Because our magnets are made-to-order using your submitted photos, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect photo uploads (please double-check before submitting)

  • Change of artwork, color, or design preferences after order placement

  • Decisions not to keep the product for personal reasons

5. Shipping Errors Caused by Us
If we ship the wrong product or to the wrong address through our own error, we will correct it at no cost:

  • We’ll send you the correct item and arrange for return shipping of the incorrect one, or

  • We’ll issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing [your email address]. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
